Control your mind

Concentration is the ability to control the mind and focus on one thing at a time. This can be your time, book, thought, or anything else. The best way to increase your concentration is to eliminate every thought that comes to your mind unrelated to the concept; our day these days starts with browsing the mobile phone and checking out the social media channels of Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, and telegram.

Frequent distraction hampers productivity. We cannot work at a stretch and hence have to face the repercussions of bad quality or delivery delays. We do not comprehend things people are trying to say as our minds cannot focus on them.
